Just a 5-minute drive from Heathrow Airport, Leonardo London Heathrow Airport has an airport shuttle (at surcharge), fitness centre and on-site restaurant. The staff at the check-in was very nice. We were a very big group of customers but she's been very kind and also helping us managing the rooms. The breakfast was nice, if you book in advance it'll be cheaper. At night the lobby also have drinks and food. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom meets all our needs. The hotel is very closed to Heathrow airport. Transportations to Heathrow from the hotel are Bus, Airport shuttle or Private shuttle. (All with expenses)

Det var et kedeligt rum der lugtede Tv var meget lille og ingen fjernbetjening, ingen sengelamper, koldt vand, vasken trak ikke vand ud som den burde, løse fliser i bruseren og møl fløj rundt - svarer ikke til det forventede. Personalet var søde og rare at kommunikere med på mail og tlf men vi så dem aldrig. Skulle kun overnatte for at flyve videre men følte mig ikke tilpas.
